Source Of Life breathing session at Going Nowhere Festival in Spain

Breathe. Dance. Meditate. Connect. An in-depth breathing session accompanied by live djembe. We wake up our bodies by moving and dancing. This is followed by a short meditation to bring the focus inside. Then we will breathe together on the drum of the djembe. Half an hour. Here physical, emotional, mental and spiritual sensations can be experienced. Blockages and traumas can be cleared. Everything can be let go during this breathing session.
