An online breathing session where we go on a journey to the silence in you. I want you to experience the beauty of silence. In that silence you find yourself again. From that silence we can find acceptance and open ourselves again to new experiences. This breathing session is very suitable for people who have never participated before.
Connected breathing is a breathing technique that you do lying down. You take full and deep breaths, without pause for breath. I accompany you with my voice and music. After 30 minutes you can breathe easy again and we have a relaxation phase of 10 minutes.
Contraindications: epilepsy, taking heavy anti-depressants, high pregnancy, cardiovascular disorders.
