3 day cold water training

We start this day with various breathing and mindfulness exercises. All exercises are aimed at developing your spiritual path. The previous themes were: mindset, physical and emotional reactions. This day everything is briefly discussed again and then we go for a dive in the cold water. We apply the Wim Hof Method for this.
